ProfileI'm Shaun, currently 21, a Geminian, right now having my diploma course in Digital Media at Singapore Polytechnic. You can describe me as a goofy, smartass, lame, loud, love to daydream and have fun and definitely an outgoing type of person I guess. Normally I would act like an retard with my friends, but however, with strangers, I'm totally quiet haha.

Friday, December 04, 2009I finally realized, that my last update was at October 22nd. That was... to be precise, a month and a half ago. That - concludes how lazy I'm in updating stuffs. Nuff said, no pun intended. So today, and yes today. I shall not indulge myself in the history of the past 50 days of winter. Our class went to the MDA at somewhere deep in Buona Vista for a talk. Its actually a talk on the censorship board and how they uh set a theme for each movie, dvd, video and games. It was pure nonsense imo, because when they started on their goals and aims, I couldn't help it and before I can even get hold of myself, my eyes starting rolling upwards lol. I shall not speak what's happening next in a presentation because its simply pointless. Let us skip to the refreshments. This 15 mins of break time was all I ever wanted for this morning. I was looking forward to it, or should I say with pretty high standards of expectation because its MDA, which is a govt thingy. However, to my dismay/digust/sheer shock/utterly disappointment... the refreshments was (milo packet + 2 puny krunchy's biscuits)...... speechless. Then, after the break its the video game section, previously was film section. This guy thinks he's so funny or maybe thinks of us like some kid that doesn't know what is a 'game'. How ridiculous, maybe I should write him a mental note or something. Very, very bad. He literally bores me to tears, and everyone, most of the mass fell asleep. He must have some hidden potential in his droning skills. And lastly, I won a thumbdrive from the Q&A lol. How budget, but well its free so better than nothing. At least its not a waste trip that ends up empty handed lol. After that, my fyp group went recee, that place is very spooky *shivers*. I might need to bring extra charms when filming there at night. And the mosquitoes are commando-trained. Very sharp skills and reflexes :D PS. Wow, I complained a lot in this post. Mmmm kinky! Labels: experiences, slice of life Thursday, October 22, 2009Lately has been really slacking in school, partly because its FYP so a lot of time has been allocated for us to do our work. But our current workload is pretty relax right now. So each day is quite plain and restless. I tried moulding some onigiris few weeks before. And it turns out quite weird... as in the shape haha. So I found this mould at daiso @ 2 bucks each. I bought one :) And its so useful hahaha. Another thing, I colored my hair lately into this supposingly 'Milk Tea Brown'. But I think the product uses some uh... 'Low Fat/Less Milk' product, so the color did not turn out so milky. Oh btw, its the one uses just bubble. I guess I had like 45mins of bubbles fun, but it smells nicer than other loreal products, thats for sure :) NOTE: I'm posting this entry using the Windows Live Writer. Seems quite convenient actually haha but the pictures you upload will end up with broken link. No idea how to fix it. Anw, woot, here comes the weekend!Labels: slice of life Monday, October 19, 2009Last Friday, I went to Jin's Deli Steamboat located somewhere near Tanjong Pagar with my ITP colleagues-turned-friends :)The place is pretty hard to find, and they did not serve any drinks! Cheh~ But its kinda cheap, because there is no additional surcharge, so its simply $19.80 nett price. The food variation is quite low, if they increases the type of food, definitely going to be better. Oh and the tiger beer is cheap lol, $6/bottle. And you don't need to get the food yourself. You just need to order, and they immediately get it for you. The fried mantou is pretty good too! I like the sliced beef roll haha, we had a lot of that. And its nice to mingle with them again, since it has been like 2 months. On Saturday, I hosted a party first time in my life! As in hosted something, like an event. Its actually pretty fun, but its so hard to control those kids! However, I'm glad it turn out well, and I lost my voice right on the spot, after the 2 hours party. And Kristin is being an ASS... yes KACHENG! *look at this pregnant woman!* But still, she helped me quite a lot, so still must thank her haha. Of cause my lovely Sista for her warming support! \m/ <---- this is for YOU! mm... mmmmm..... mmmmmmm.... *after lots and lots of hard and deep thinking* Okay lah, and Bobo cause she was there helping also wahaha. Last but not least, school vacation is over :( Labels: slice of life, work |
